We ship orders quickly! Orders placed before 2PM EST typically ship the same business day Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
All orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund, minus return shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund amount. If an error was made on our side (wrong item, damaged, etc.) we pay for return shipping costs.
So - I've only had it in the water once - that is why I only gave 4 stars. Our neighbor has one that they have used for over a year. They bought theirs used and have been very happy with it. (Different color). It was easy to set up - no difficulties there. I didn't take it out on the water right away due to not have spectacular weather. What can I say? I'm a wimp. Anyway - when I did take it out - I only floated. And I did float and did not sink. So that is a win so far. I'll take it out to actual paddle board and revamp my review.
