Volley Clamp

Hello,
I wrote to your team when I was placing the order that I needed the specific clamp for the Basketball setup. White hinged clamp, which I did not see on your website. So, I asked for feedback when placing this order and in case this was the incorrect clamp to NOT send this to me. There was no feedback only a processed order.
SO, I paid $29.00+ for something I do not need and still have had no feedback from your company. I would appreciate a refund, but mostly I would appreciate the correct clamp for the BB hoop setup.
