The base came dented in (which Dunnrite agreed to replace straight away no problem) and the arm of the basket is patched in spots with extra plastic seal. For the price, I expected better quality.

We had a small issue with overhang arm having a crack and I emailed Dunn Rite right away. Not only did they respond quickly but shipped out a replacement immediately. The best customer service I have seen in forever. Yes this a bit $$$ but it’s worth every penny. Thank you!!

I had ordered this product from a pool company and after a month waiting on delivery delays, I canceled the order. I decided to order directly from DunnRite. Boy was that a great move! I received the product only a few days after placing the order. The basketball goal instructions were simple and it was easy to set up. Quite sturdy! One of the brackets wasn’t quite right. I contacted DunnRite and in just two days I received the replacement under warranty. These are absolutely terrific people to deal with and I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Shouldn't have changed the metal pole with a plastic one. Cheap !

My 19 year old son and I have had so much fun playing with the smaller version when he was younger that I purchased this one as my "Mother's Day Present" to enjoy quality time with him while he is required to be home for college under Covid-19 restrictions. We are having a blast!
