You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs. If there was an error made on our side (incorrect or defective item, etc.) you will NOT be responsible for return shipping costs.
I didn’t receive a plug for the top of the base where you fill up the water. I checked everything but it wasn’t there. Can you please mail me another one
