What makes them special?
Made to be super versatile, they can be used inside pools up to 10 inches deep, or on patios, docks or other outdoor areas.
Most umbrella bases out there are either flimsy and don't support an umbrella in windy conditions or they require use of a pool floor sleeve.
While the ShadeTable is compatible with pool sleeves if you have one, it doesn't need one thanks to weighing almost 100 lbs. after being filled with water!
How do I fill them with water?
There's a water-tight brass plug on the bottom that can be removed or put on by hand.
How much do they weigh?
Empty they weigh 15 lbs but after being filled with water they weigh 95 pounds.
What umbrellas do they fit?
They fit umbrella poles that are 1.5"in diameter, the most common size by far.
What is the GripNest Pole Mount?
We built our own Umbrella pole gripper inside the ShadeTable that holds your umbrella pole firmly so that there isn't any wobbling or tilting.
Use them on sun shelves, with or without a pool sleeve.
The versatile design means you can place the ShadeTable on your pool shelves with or without an existing pool umbrella sleeve.
If you have a sleeve, you can use them in up to 12 inches of water. Without a pool sleeve, you can use them in up to 8 inches of water for a sturdy umbrella table.
