This thing is built like a tank. Super quality parts, and durable. thick glass, strong rim and pole is heavy duty. Very happy with my purchase and you will be too. I have don't lots of research and this is the biggest bank for your buck in my opinion.
Quality construction in this basketball hoop. Impressive customer service. Originally purchased a less expensive model. When I realized it was not exactly what I wanted, they allowed me to return it and order the one I wanted. Easy process with no hassles.
Excellent customer service! Mollie worked with me to get the product in time for installation to meet my contractor’s tight timeline. The communication was great! The hoop itself meets all my expectations. Quality materials; will withstand my salt water pool and very sturdy. The set up was easy, no parts were missing. I highly recommend this hoop and this company.
Hoop is great, but only 4 stars because we received it missing two of the main brackets. Their support was very responsive and got us the required parts out quickly but it was a bummer the hoop couldn't be installed for an event we were hosting.
The unit is of a very high quality. Surprisingly sturdy and well constructed. I expect it to last for many seasons and it quickly became our pool's favorite feature. We had the sleeve grounded and embedded when our concrete patio was poured, and from there, slipping the pole into the sleeve for final installation was a breeze. The unit arrived quickly, and was several hundred dollars cheaper than buying it from my pool installer. I love the fact that it's acrylic and doesn't detract from the view. The only drawback is that with our salt water pool, you can see water marks on the acrylic once it dries. A quick wipe with an old towel while damp solves that problem though.
Kids love it and very durable
We bought a combination basketball hoop and volleyball net. We have had these products for over a year now and love them! Very heavy duty setup. I have a 15 year old who insists on dunking from every angle imaginable (inside and outside of the pool) and it stands up to his 200lb frame without missing a beat. It looks just as good as the day we bought it. I feel it was worth every penny we spent. I would recommend this product to anyone.
Very high quality pool hoop. Price obviously isn’t cheap but nor is the goal. If you want a high quality goal that will stand the test of time this is the one to get. The clear backboard is very nice as it doesn’t create an eye sore or take away from the ambience of your patio/pool area. I have a pave patio around my pool and was able to remove just 1 paver, pour in concrete into that spot and easily create a sturdy mount. I mixed color into the concrete and was able to get a nice look that blended well with my pavers.
Arizona needs to stop making 4 inch sleeves if the rest of the nation is making smaller and the products across the nation are smaller.
