Standard ground shipping is always free for any order over $99 on our website. We use UPS for larger items and USPS for small items (parts & accessories).
We offer Expedited 1-2 Day Shipping for an additional fee you can see during checkout. We use FedEx Express or UPS Air.
We ship orders quickly! Orders placed before 2PM EST typically ship the same business day Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
We offer 30-day returns. You pay return shipping unless there was a mistake made by us (incorrect item, damaged, etc.).
DunnRite's customer service is top notch!!! Due to some over-zealous Quarantine swimmers, we needed to replace one of our volleyball poles. I reached out to their customer service department and had a response within the hour, and was able to quickly and easily order a replacement pole. The volleyball games were able to quickly resume, and my quarantine swimmers are very happy!! Thanks, DunnRite - I am a customer for life! :)
