Ground shipping is always free for orders over $99. You can see the Expected Delivery Date during checkout after entering your shipping address.
We ship orders quickly! Orders placed before 2PM EST typically ship the same business day Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
All orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund, minus return shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund amount. If an error was made on our side (wrong item, damaged, etc.) we pay for return shipping costs.
DunnRite's customer service is top notch!!! Due to some over-zealous Quarantine swimmers, we needed to replace one of our volleyball poles. I reached out to their customer service department and had a response within the hour, and was able to quickly and easily order a replacement pole. The volleyball games were able to quickly resume, and my quarantine swimmers are very happy!! Thanks, DunnRite - I am a customer for life! :)
