Processing

In-stock orders placed by 2:30 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM, or on weekends or holidays, ship the next business day. Pre-order and backordered items get a tracking number when the order is placed, but ship once the item is available.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders of $99 and up. Orders under $99 are charged shipping at checkout. Ordering a small replacement part? Contact us before you order — we can often reduce shipping on small parts.

Carriers and delivery

We ship by FedEx, UPS and USPS ground. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after they ship, depending on your location. Large items may ship in several boxes, and small items such as balls and nets may arrive separately.

Checkout offers standard ground shipping only.

Canada

Canada orders are taken by phone. Call 765-552-9433. Shipping to Canada is a flat $150, which covers duties and taxes.

Other countries

We don't ship overseas directly, but we can ship to a U.S.-based freight forwarder you choose.

Local pickup

Pick up at our facility at 2200 South J Street, Elwood, Indiana, Monday–Friday 8 AM–4 PM Eastern, and take $40 off your order. Call 765-552-9433 to arrange your pickup.

Damaged, missing or delayed packages

Contact us with your order number and a photo. If your tracking stops updating, let us know and we'll ship a replacement.
