Clear Shot Stainless Compact Pool Basketball Hoop

Our grandkids love the basketball hoop and I think we will too. Just the right size and good quality

Really small backboard I can see the ball going over the backboard and kids running in and out of the pool slipping and falling. Also worried that the plastic backboard might not last long. Customer service took over a week to reply back to return the product. After a week customer service informed me that I would have to pay for postage as well as a $25 restocking fee. Customer service asked if I wanted to choose another basketball court for $400 . I think not due to it’s return policy.

I did not appreciate that in trying to return the product the customer is charged $25 restocking fee as well as paying for shipping charges. It took customer service a week to respond to returning the product. Customer service was below average.

there are some design flaws that cause there to be significant play in the backboard and pole connection. I had to modify it right out of the box. I would have returned it and requested a refund but my kids would have been so disappointed.

After much research, Nana and Papa got this for our 4 grandchildren ages 4-13. It was easy to put together and the kids were delighted. Since it was a cool, rainy Easter they used it inside. Purchased additional smaller, softer balls so everyone had their own. The hoop held up very well being moved from place to place. The kids can't wait to use it in the pool!
