Solar Powered Self-Illuminating Buoy With Light Engine - 20" - Mooring (white & blue)

Ordered this buoy 2 years ago. Solar light went out. Now it's over $70.00 (including shipping) to replace the light. So I just bought a new Buoy instead. I emailed and asked for a spare light to be shipped with the new buoy to save the $19.99 shipping and never received a response to my email. New buoy arrived without extra light. I will be returning new buoy and finding a better solution.

Love seeing it at night but it does not turn on until it's really dark outside. All our other solar lights come on at least 2 hours earlier. Is there a setting to change this? We started out with 10 lb weights, were forced to go to 20 lb weights, and it has still moved 20-30 yards with the wind. It's only 6 ft deep, so the weights are sitting on the bottom of the lake in front of our cabin.
