Our Reviews

Real feedback from pool owners who use our products every day!

“The basketball goal is solid, well-designed, and perfect for our pool. The support arm is very strong and it looks like this will last forever. ”

A swimming pool basketball hoop with a blue-and-white basketball in the water

“This thing rocks. A small housekeeping note is that if you have a raised/tapered pool edge you will need to put something on the ground on the backside of the base to level it (I used a 2x4, very easy). A+ construction”

Ryan P.

“I purchased the Shade Table. It looks great in our pool. It appears to be well made and durable. I hope it last for years to come.”

Clay R.

"Well packed for shipping. Very few pieces and easy to put together. The clear backboard allows the hoop to blend seamlessly in our backyard without blocking any views. I love this hoop! It’s built to last.”

“I can't imagine anyone not loving these. Easy to move around and do not interfere with my vacuum. So glad I purchased.”

Revision

Only fair to revise the previous review. Apparently there was some miscommunication. I've always been pleased with the quality of Dunnrite products. My only suggestion would be to have a way to order all/any parts depicted in the instructions.

Zero, and I mean zero customer support.

I purchased this backboard as a replacement for the clear one. There are two holes for so.e sort of supports. They're labeled "D1" in the instructions on the website. I tried to find out if they were available for purchase by filling out the online support form. Have still not heard back. Also tried calling customer service and left a message. No response.

Outstanding Service Always

Dunnrite products are only overshadowed by their superb customer service. This is my 3 order for pool related goods and the products are always fine. It's the ease of ordering, prompt delivery, after delivery service and follow-up that set Dunnrite apart. Keep up the great work!

Backboard - Perfect replacement

Very appreciative to find a perfect replacement part for my pool basketball game. After many years and multiple teenagers attacking it and sitting in the Florida sun, I had to replace the backboard. The new one arrived quickly, easy to install, and was the exact replacement part from the original.
