We ship orders quickly! Orders placed before 2PM EST typically ship the same business day Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
All orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund, minus return shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund amount. If an error was made on our side (wrong item, damaged, etc.) we pay for return shipping costs.
Absolutley love this board! Pumps up to easily, comes with a huge, durable backpack (no cramming to get the board in), a collapsible paddle and a repair kit! So much fun! My pugs absolutely love it!
I'm very happy with the product. There's some imperfections, in the backpack, and the structure of the board, but neither have an impact on the performance. Very sturdy, and a quality product at a very low price.
