Poolside Cocktails for Your Pool Parties

Spring is upon us and summer will be right around the corner. Summer brings pool parties, sunset swims, and lounging by the swimming pool, and we can't wait. A great poolside cocktail, a signature poolside drink of summer, or a variety of cocktails you can serve to a crowd, are a great way to start off your summer fun! 

Key Lime Mojito

Ingredients List

7 Mint Leaves

3 Lime Wedges

1.5 oz. Simple Syrup

.75 oz. KeKe Key Lime Pie Cream Liqueur

1.5 oz. Cruzan Key Lime Rum

Soda Water

How To Make It

1. Add 6 mint leaves to the bottom of a glass.
2. Squeeze the juice of 3 lime wedges into the glass
3. Put the remainder of the lime wedges into the glass
4. Add .5 oz. of Simple Syrup to the glass
5. Muddle the mint, lime and simple syrup
6. Add ice
7. Pour .75 oz. of KeKe Key Lime Pie Cream Liqueur into the glass
8. Pour 1.5 oz. of Cruzan Key Lime Rum into the glass
9. Shake all of the ingredients
10. Top it off with soda water
11. Garnish with a mint leaf

Gin and Tonic with a Twist

Ingredients List

3 Basil Leaves

.25 oz. Simple Syrup

1.25 oz. Gin

.5 oz. St. Germain

Tonic Water

How To Make It

1. Add 2 basil leaves to the bottom of a glass
2. Add .25 oz. of simple syrup
3. Muddle the basil and simple syrup
4. Add ice
5. Pour 1.25 oz. of Gin into the glass
6. Pour .5 oz. of St. Germain into the glass
7. Shake all of the ingredients
8. Top it off with tonic water
9. Garnish with a basil leaf

Frozen Blackberry Margarita’s

Ingredients List

4 cups frozen blackberries

1/3 cup honey

1 cup tequila

1/4 cup Cointreau

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

2 cups ice

Kosher salt

Lime Wedges

How To Make It

1. Add 4 cups of frozen blackberries, 1/3 cup of honey, 1 cup of tequila, 1/4 cup of Cointreau, 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice, and ice in a blender.
2. Blend on high speed
3. Rim the edge of six glasses with a lime wedge.
4. Dip each glass into kosher salt.
5. Pour the mixture into the glasses.
6. Garnish with a lime wedge and frozen blackberries.

Poolside Paradise

Ingredients List

3 Cherries

2 Orange Wedges

1 oz. Vodka

.5 oz. Blue Curacao

.25 oz. Cream of Coconut

Pineapple Juice

How To Make It

1. Add 3 cherries and 2 orange wedges to the bottom of a glass
2. Add .25 oz. of Cream of Coconut
3. Muddle the cherries, oranges and cream of coconut
4. Add ice
5. Pour 1 oz. of vodka into the glass
6. Pour .5 oz. of Blue Curacao into the glass
7. Top it off with pineapple juice
8. Shake
